Tanner 50th Anniversary

This three tier cake was detailed with gold ribbon, a variety of white gum paste flowers with edible gold dust painted on the edges, and a decorative 50 ornament placed on top. 

Cupcakes!

Who doesn't love cupcakes?  Sometimes it is just simpler to hand out cupcakes at an event then it is to cut up a cake and serve it.  You can also add cupcakes to any cake order for an additional charge.  We can make any kind of cupcake, a variety of flavors and toppings can be customized to your order. 
In this picture we have champagne cake with champagne custard and fresh whip cream frosting topped with fresh strawberries.  Yum!

Sheet Cakes

We can include at an additional charge any flavor sheet cake to your wedding cake order or if you need a sheet cake for any other special occasion.  The sheet cakes can also be customized to your design preferences, flavor, color, flowers or any other kind of decorations. 

Ortega Wedding

This elegant wedding has the most piping detail of all of our cakes.  The intricate piping and gum paste flowers along with the raised top tier give it a special elegance.  Almond raspberry flavored. 

Camilia Cake

This gorgeous four tiered cake was adorned with fresh camilia flowers.  Almond raspberry and buttercream frosting given a beautiful rustic finish for the frosting and topped with these fragrant flowers to match the beautiful bride's colors. 

Pretty Flowers

This special cake was created for an auction benefiting a church camp experience for the girl's in our community.  It is a two tier cake with gorgeous gum paste roses used for decoration. 

Baby Shower Cake

This cake was made for a baby shower.  Simple elegance of almond raspberry cake with buttercream roses piped on for decoration.

Florencia's Hummingbird Cake

This gorgeous cake combined the beauty and grace of several different types of gum paste flowers in a variety of colors. This was a hummingbird cake with cream cheese frosting

Tanner/Peavy Wedding

To celebrate my wonderful sister's wedding we made her a beautiful three tier almond cake with raspberry filling. To add an extra bit of elegance we raised the top tier with columns and added a variety of beautiful gum paste flowers in white and blue.

 

Parker/Thompson Wedding

This beautiful cake was made with three tiers and an extra sheet cake. The cake was an white almond flavor with raspberry filling. Decorations were made with silver ribbon and silver dusted covered piping, silver dusting on the cake and silver dusted gum paste flowers.

Anderson Wedding

This wedding cake was a three tier white almond flavor cake with raspberry filling. Ribbon and piping was added to each tier level. Gum paste flowers were used to add decorative element to the cake in the colors the bride had chosen for her wedding colors and in using flowers that were used for their bouquets and table arrangements. An additional sheet cake was added to her order to accommodate the number of expected guests.
